Tom Green has been announced as one of the presenters at the 2007 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. No word yet on just what category he’s presenting though. The ceremony, hosted by Carlos Mencia, will be broadcast as a 2-hour special at 8 p.m. Sept. 15 on E! Entertainment Television.
There are rumors swirling around the national internet that the one and only Leonard Mills is slated to make a surprise appearance alongside Neil Hamburger at his stop at club Spaceland in Los Angeles, CA. The show takes place on Sunday, July 8th at 8:30 PM. Tickets can be purchased here for 8 dollars. That’s 23 dollars less than a bag of Skittles at a Dodgers game!
This would be Mr. Mills’ first public concert since 1971! If these rumors are indeed true, you Los Angeles folks are in for a real treat. Any updated information on this matter will be posted as soon as we receive it.

A little birdy gave us the inside tip that despite not having a scheduled guest for Friday nights Tom Green Live, the show will go on as NOT scheduled. Nobody will talk details over at Tom’s house as far as what is planned for the show, opting only to leak the title of this unexpected Channel treat. Little is known about Keith Blanchard, Channel747.com’s star reporter. What we do know is that he has seemingly been hot on the tracks of Tom and crew around their Saskatchewan road trip, shadowing their every move and most recently caught up with them in Swiftcurrent with a bad case of the flage. Who is Keith Blanchard? Where did he come from? One of the more popular rumors circulating the internet is that Keith was Larry King’s longtime assistant who was fired in early 2007 over a disagreement about a chicken sandwich. After his letting go, Mr. Blanchard caught the eye of Channel 747 for his 20+ years in behind the scenes experience and immediatley set him to work in front of the cameras where he has shined ever since. Some say he bears a striking resemblance to singer/songwriter Leonard Mills, but that’s just crazy talk.
During the small hiatus, the one and only Neil Hamburger payed us a visit in the forums recently to let us know he wants to be back on the webovision screen.
I would like to let my faithful viewers know that I am ready, willing, and perhaps even able to do a new episode of “Poolside Chats” on Monday March 26 and/or Tuesday March 27, if we can make that work.
Neil is headed off on a 6-date Australian tour on March 28th and won’t return to Los Angeles until next month. If Poolside Chats just isn’t enough to fufill your need of Mr. Hamburger, check him out on tour at these locations. It is a show not to be missed!
